Saturday morning, my favorite time of the week, has a set routine. A giant mug of coffee (or two), a book (or Bloglovin), and a nice candle burning in the background.
I always treat myself to a magazine or two when I have to board a flight, but apart from that I rarely buy magazines. The one exception is the September issue of Vogue (or September issues in general) that comes out every summer - also known as "the Bible" to some. It's the massive issue packed full of every label's ads for fall/winter, from fashion to beauty - all the unnecessary but luxurious treats for the upcoming season all distilled into one thick book. Just like the fall makeup collections hitting shelves, September Vogue gets me very excited for fall. I picked up my copy after a meeting yesterday (my Barnes & Noble plastic bag was about to tear from the weight of this, no joke), and am planning to spend my weekend slowly savoring the pages of gorgeous photography, alternating between Vogue and my current read "Revenge Wears Prada." Because they just go so well together.
I'm also working on my upcoming blog posts on my fall lip product picks (sneak peek in the picture above!). If you missed it, I wrote about my first two fall collections picks last week (here and here).
P.S. I was the guest blogger for Sabrina's blog A Little Obsessed this past week. If you haven't already, check out my summer favorites on her blog - link!
P.P.S. You know you're a lip balm addict when your picture is featured in a "13 Signs You’re Addicted To Lip Balm" list. Lol! Can you spot Blush and Brunch?
Have a great weekend!
