With fall comes dry lips, therefore the Body Shop Cocoa Butter Lip Care Stick has become a staple in my daily makeup bag. I apply a thick, generous layer on before I do my makeup, so my lips are lipstick-ready when I head out the door. I've also rediscovered the Korres Cherry Lip Gloss, a milky pink gloss with lots of shine. Reminds me of NARS Turkish Delight but with better ingredients and more moisture.
I've still been pretty lazy with eyeshadows, but the one that I've been reaching for almost daily is NARS Yamal, a.k.a. the perfect transition/contour/blending shade. I apply a sheer layer of it into the crease, bringing it upwards, using the MAC 224 brush. Since it's fluffier than the MAC 217 brush, the 224 is more forgiving and is great for shading. I also brush the remaining product on the MAC 224 onto the side of my nose as a subtle contour.
Then there's the True Grace "English Lavender" candle - my favorite candle, ever. I mentioned this candle as part of my favorite things of 2012 and now that I'm back in Hong Kong I've fallen in love with it all over again. It always manages to steals my heart and leaves me not wanting to burn anything else.
